We have spent most of 2003 working on producing the ultimate online archery equipment store from scratch using the latest web technologies. The new site incorporates a unique shopping system making the process of buying archery equipment extremely easy and safe.  
 
When entering our page you are presented with a “virtual shop” layout where you simply click around to view the products. If you can’t find something just click on “SEARCH” to load up a text list of all categories, sub-categories, and products. If it’s not there then we probably don’t sell it. If in doubt, just e-mail us.
 
Once you have selected a category from the Shop Floor View you will be presented with a Catalog View Page. On the right will be a sub-category list and in the main section of the page will b a product list of all items within the pre-selected sub-category. Just click on any sub-category to load the Product View Page.
 
From here you will be presented with an “ORDER FORM” page, displaying the selected item and a running Subtotal. At this point, you can continue shopping or complete the Order Form and submit it to us. At this point, you do not have to set up an account if you don’t want to. However, if you intend to make regular purchases it may make life a lot easier. 
 
If you are happy with the selected material, that’s it! Order done. A member staff will confirm your order via e-mail, with full charges including delivery costs. If you have asked for full prices before processing then we expect you to reply to our confirmation.
 
Ordering
 
The easiest and safest way to order is online or by fax. We suggest that you re-submit your credit card details, any time when placing an order. Our PAYPAL system makes it necessary. In addition to this all you need to do is to e-mail your requirements and leave the rest to us.
 
What happens when you place an order?
 
Once you have submitted an order, you should get a “THANK YOU” page appearing on screen. This will indicate that all the information submitted has been processed.
 
You will not receive an automated e-mail response. Instead, we get a real live human being to process your order and e-mail you back with a full Order Confirmation. This e-mail will feature an itemized break down of your order including delivery charges, plus any queries we may have and also an estimated date of dispatch. 
 
If no other information is required and if the item(s) ordered are in stock, your order should be dispatched either the same day or next working day. 
 
If extra information is required, please reply as soon as possible, so please keep a check on your e-mail box. You will also receive Dispatch Note e-mail after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive any e-mail after you have submitted an order, it is most likely the e-mail address may be incorrect.
 
About 60% of all orders received are dispatched either same day or next working day. Another 30% are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days (if not stocked/backorders or extra work involved). The other 10% that take longer are the unlucky ones. These orders may feature products that are currently unavailable from our suppliers or the manufacturer is having difficulty with production or keeping up with demand.
 
We are always working hard to improve our service in all areas and we take all comments seriously, but please remember, we are human, too!

Currency
 
If you live in the USA or in any other country apart from the USA please select US Dollars as your preferred method of payment. All prices in US Dollars exclude all taxes.
 
If you make an incorrect selection, this may delay your order, as our staff will have to make amendments and ask for confirmation from you before processing.            
 
Method of Payment
 
We highly recommend the use of PAYPAL for easy, quick and convenient payments. This method of payment accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit cards. 
 
The main advantage of using your credit card is, that you do not have to worry about converting from one currency to another. It’s all done for you and the exchange rates are always very competitive. 
 
You can also pay by International Money Order. This must be written only in US Dollars and made payable to “K1 Archery” 
 
Bank Transfer:
 
Alternatively, we can accept Bank Transfers. Again, payment can be only in US Dollars. Kindly be advised that we will not dispatch any goods until a check or Bank Transfer has been successfully received. Also, check and Bank Transfer options will include a banker’s fee. 
 
Delivery Services
 
We choose the recommended option for you. This is normally the cheapest available. If the value of packaged weight is over a certain value, then we will use a guaranteed service.

If you choose OTHER than USPS our standard shipping service, you will have to pay $10 extra, even if it is free shipping through USPS
 
If you have an account with UPS or FedEx, simply enter the courier name, service your account number and we will ship using your account details.
 
If you state other and do not have an account with these services, then we will ignore the request and automatically use the default service or whichever one we believe you require.
 
General Notes
 
All delivery charges are calculated by us for each and every order we process.    
 
This gives you, the customer the best possible deal for your order. Please keep in mind, that delivery charges are dependent upon packaged weight, size, value, and destination, drawing up an easy to use table of prices is next to impossible as archery equipment is so varied. Minimum Shipping Rates for a one-pound package is $7.95 if we receive payment by check or wire only
 
In the delivery charges (Postage Packaging & Handling) is NO INSURANCE included, if you want to add it please let us know. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
 
We estimate 6 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped. However, some destinations may take up to 28 days or even longer.

We are very experienced with worldwide shipping. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your country, please e-mail us.
 
Items not eligible for free freight are products that are oversized from the manufacturer which include tree- stands, targets, decoys, bow presses, string jigs, longbows, compound bows, bow cases, or heavy items etc.
 
Photo colors are not perfectly same as actual colors. Also, quiver colors, stripe colors, and lace colors are not perfectly same as belt colors and belt trim colors.
 
Special order item(s) have to be paid in advance.
 
Missing or Damage Item:
 
If your order is missing anything or is damaged, please carefully check the contents and then inspect the shipping carton. If the carton is undamaged, please contact us immediately, but in no case beyond 8 days from receipt. If you receive a damaged, crushed or torn-open package and the merchandise inside is damaged or missing in any way, please keep all the packaging material and contact your local USPS, FED-EX or UPS service center for assistance in filling a claim. If your local carrier contact is unable to assist you then please send us an email. 
 
Please Do Not return the package to us until you have contacted USPS, FED-EX or UPS  and received instructions on how to proceed. You may lose your right to file a claim. For further information on filing a claim, please visit USPS at www.usps.com, FED-EX at www.fedex.com or UPS at www.ups.com.
 
Warranty 
 
All defective merchandise is warranted and insured under the manufacturer’s warranty and their insurance policy coverage. You may choose to contact the manufacturer directly or EMAIL us for assistance in the event of a manufacturer’s defective product. All returns request a prior authorization and RA # on the outside of the box in order to be accepted. Please include a brief description of the defect along with your name, address and a copy of the original sales slip with any return. We will process the warranty under the guidelines of the manufacturer as quickly as possible. All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer; NOT K1 Archery. Most manufacturers require that the return of a defective item be evaluated for repair or replacement according to their policies. The manufacturers will not authorize K1 Archery to immediately replace defective items. We will offer every assistance available to us. Thank you for understanding that we cannot offer a refund for defective merchandise unless authorized from the manufacturer.
 
Returns Policy
 
We, at K1 Archery, want you to be delighted every time you buy archery products from us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 8 days of delivery beyond this period all sales are final. This applies to all of our products. However, the items designated for return should not be used. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of computer software products where the item has been unsealed.
 
All Sales are Final on Clearance or Used Items and Special Order items. They May Not be Returned or Exchanged. Clearance or Used Items are Designated with an Asterisk (*) in Front of the Product Name.
 
To cancel this contract you must contact us for a “Return Authorization Code”. Once you have this authorization, please package the item securely and send it to us with a copy of the authorization e-mail, so that we receive it within 8 working days of the dated that the item was delivered to you. Remember to mark package and/or custom labels with “Returned Goods”. If we are charges import duty on returned goods this will be deducted from any refund or credit.
 
For your protection, we recommend, that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (like fletching arrows, postage or packing etc.)
 
Note: All sales are considered final. A 25% restocking charge will be applied for items, which have not been used and are in original packaging. The manufacturer, not K1 Archery, warrants all equipment. We will provide information as necessary. If returned for warranty, a copy of the original invoice must accompany the item along with a description of the problem. All returns must have prior authorization to be accepted. Special ordered items, made to order arrows and limbs may not be returned.
 
 
Returning Faulty Goods
 
All stocked products are carefully selected to ensure the best quality and are checked for any defects through the manufacturing process before dispatch. 
 
With this in mind, it is rare for any item to need to be returned to us. If a product is found to be faulty, due to a defect, this is normally covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. If the product is faulty we will replace the item with an identical or similar item with your agreement. All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until received by our company.
 
Quality Assurance
 
All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the manufacturer and/or distributors. We do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise and no items are sent out on a “trial” basis. 
 
Disclaimer
 
Whilst every effort is made to provide the latest and most accurate information on the products featured on this website, manufacturers may occasionally change their product specifications without warning.  All published prices including shipping rates, product specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors. All unpaid item(s) will remain property K1 Archery upon final and completion of payment, the monthly charge of 18% for late payment will be applied.
